David DeWolf is the founder and CEO of 3Pillar Global, a digital product development organization building breakthrough software products that power cutting-edge digital transformations and define the next generation of digital business. Under David’s leadership, 3Pillar has grown to more than 2000 employees in 9 countries. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000, a list of the fastest-growing private companies in the US, nine times. At any given time, 3Pillar has more than 125 teams building over 200 digital products for household brands like PBS, CARFAX, and Fortune.
David is a prolific communicator. He is the co-author of The Product Mindset, Succeed in the Digital Economy by Changing the Way Your Organization Thinks, and his thoughts or writing have been featured in Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc. among others. He is a frequent keynote speaker at events, presenting at national leadership, industry, and technology conferences.
David is passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. He blogs about these passions at daviddewolf.com. He is an active member of the business and technology communities in Northern Virginia, a member of YPO, and a graduate of Mindshare, an invite-only CEO forum of the D.C. area’s most promising technology companies. He serves as the Chairman of InGo and is a member of the Board of Directors of Semo. David is an active angel investor who enjoys mentoring entrepreneurial leaders and advising philanthropic organizations. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Prior to founding 3Pillar, David held multiple technology leadership positions, was an active member of the Apache Software Foundation, and was a popular speaker at various technology conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
David and his wife, Teresa, have eight children – five girls and three boys. He is an avid sports fan and can often be found on, or at, a baseball diamond.
