If you’re “looking for a job,” don’t apply here!

Enough already about there not being enough jobs! If you’re just looking for “a job,” there’s probably a reason why you’re having a hard time finding one. The number one reason I sour on interview candidates is because they answer simple questions about what type of job they are looking for the wrong way.

What is your ideal position? What are you passionate about? Is there a specific size company, industry, or culture that you’re looking for? If you can’t answer these questions, then you’re not a cultural fit for Three Pillar. The only wrong answer is a non-answer. Even if your answer isn’t in perfect concert with Three Pillar, I’ll entertain hiring you and explore if we can bridge the gap. We want passionate employees who know what they want and are willing to go get it. Not people “looking for jobs.” A paycheck is not why you work at Three Pillar. It’s one of many benefits we provide our employees.
