What is your ideal position? What are passionate about? Is there a size company, industry, culture that you’re looking for? If you can’t answer these questions, then you’re not a cultural fit for my organization. The only wrong answer is a non-answer. Even if your answer isn’t in perfect concert with Three Pillar, I’ll entertain hiring you and explore if we can bridge the gap. We want passionate employees who know what they want and are willing to go get it. Not people “looking for jobs.” A paycheck is not why you work at Three Pillar.
